Dual Credit

Expanding Opportunities for LT Students

WHAT IS DUAL-CREDIT?
"Dual-Credit" is earned by students who take classes for both high school and college credit simultaneously. Students in these classes are enrolled with both LT and a partnering college or university. Credit earned in these courses is placed on a university transcript and can be transferred to other Colleges and Universities.

Dual credit is available through partnerships with Indiana University Bloomington, Butler University, Vincennes University, and Ivy Tech Community College.

IS DUAL-CREDIT NEW?
No. LT has had a long relationship with several University and College Partners. However, we are actively growing the number of Dual-Credit classes offered in LT through new and expanded partnerships.

IS DUAL-CREDIT AVAILABLE FOR ALL STUDENTS?
Requirements vary by program. However, LT is committed to removing as many barriers to these incredible opportunities as possible!
