Head Baseball Coach Jason Taulman
Coach Taulman starts his first season as the Wildcat skipper in the spring of 2024. He been coaching baseball for over 27 years, working with various age groups and levels of competition. A 1991 graduate of West Lafayette High School, he continued his playing career at Saint Joseph’s College, graduating in 1995 with a B.S. in Elementary Education. He earned his M.A. from Ball State University in 2009 with a concentration in Physical Education with a coaching specialization.
After playing professional baseball for five years, he began his career in coaching. His former stops include Butler University, Ball State University, the Ohio Valley Redcoats Professional Baseball Club, Midwest Prospects Collegiate Summer League, and most recently at Marian University. He has also been a sports performance coaching since 2007, designing individual training programs for youth aged – college baseball players.
He and his wife Kelly have four sons; Clark, Nick, Jack (LN Class of 2021) and Brock (LN Class of 2024).
